What is Garden Coaching?

Why I Chose to offer Garden Coaching Services

I decided to be a Garden Coach as a way to share my love of gardening with others. I have been a gardener for over 20 years, including community and home gardening. For 15 years I worked at Brooklyn Botanic Garden, a 52 acre public garden in New York City. As part of the Education Dept., I taught many gardening courses and have a Horticulture Certificate from Brooklyn Botanic Garden. In Winston-Salem I have coordinated the Betty and Jim Holmes Food Bank Garden where we grow vegetables and melons for Second Harvest Food Bank.

Small drawing designs for planting beds
Cost: $45 per site visit.
